2014 9th-12th September, Guangzhou Menshen Packaging invites M@T to orginaze the training course "Lean Manufacturing JIT Practice" which is given by Li Tianhua, for the executive group.

In the year 2001, Menshen invest the first factory in Shanghai China. Under the stable domestic partnership and in need of business development of, in 2013 German headquarters decided to invest second production plant in China, and the new factory is located in Guangzhou science city, built and put into use in January 2014.
Curriculum background
Nowadays many enterprise production management model which pursuit lean manufacturing is different from the traditional pattern. Lean is a kind manufacturing form that target to minimizing enterprise production resources occupation and reducing management and operation cost. Any development and innovation for the Lean management mode improve the development of an enterprise and create more economic benefits and social value.

Mr Li teach Lean production basie on three key factors which are the site location, site management and continuous improvement.
