As a project manager, you will play an extremely important role in our consultancy project that means you will involve all aspects of the consultancy project, but should focus on one or several professional fields. The main works for a project manager include: be responsible for project achievement and the budget; be a key man in communicating with customers and set up long-term cooperative relationship with them; give a direction to team members to present their consulting opinions and advise a crucial point; during the project processing, be responsible for training project members, assigning task and giving feedbacks to their works; report the project process to the copartners; charge the competitive project bidding and professional tool exploitation.

Senior advisory, hunter, training agent

After working as an advisory, hunter or training agent for 2-5 years, we will conduct a evaluation for your ability and outstanding achievements to see whether you could be promoted as a senior agent or not. As a senior agent, you will become a key member of our company, who will provide effective and innovative strategy to our customers.

As usual, you will: in charge of one or several parts of the project, or even a small project; talk with customers directly to ensure the smoothly communication at all levels; guide your project team members such as customers and colleagues; prepare the competitive project bidding; give a speech for customers.

Compared with junior agent, as an agent your work will need more independent thinking. Generally speaking, you will responsible for one part of the project independently. On top of this, your works also include: to talk with customers; to take part in symposiums; to conduct marketing research; to analyze data; to report your work to the project manager, and so on.

Junior advisory, hunter or training agent

A junior consultancy will be a mature project team mamber. As the first day to become a junior agent, you must set your position as you are a real agent. For those who are just graduated or those who have less than 2 years working experience will be welcome to join us. Generally speaking, we will arrange junior agents to work together in our project which will continue for 3-12 months. You will have a tutor to teach you and take part in different training courses. The main missions for junior agents include: to analyze one or several project problems; to talk with customers; to take part in symposiums; to conduct marketing research; to analyze data; to report your work to the project manager, and so on.

Intern

Our internship program is mainly aimed at college students, internships usually 3-6 months, interns participante in the project will have the opportunity to work with our project team members , we will assign certain tasks to the participants , in the meantime, the participants will have guidance from a mentor who responsible for the work. After the task, we will assess the performance , and the participant will revice offer letter if  the performance assessment is excellence.
