25-26 March 2016, Hainan R&F Properties invites Mr. Hu Pengfei who is from M&T institute to giving, a lecture on the subject of “Management Execution Improvement”.

In the year of 2007, R&F Properties stationed in Hainan and set up a branch company Hainan R&F Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd, which is a subordinate to R&F Group. After years of development, the strategic position of Hainan is in rapid promotion. Accompany by the increasing of investment, R&F Group adjusted the investment strategy in Hainan and promoted Hainan Branch to a regional company, seted up Haikou, Sanya, Marine Theme Branch three subsidiary company, which keep pace with the regional company in Guangzhou and Beijing of R&F Properties, in order to build a heartland of the R&F Properties for future strategic development.

 

Background 

 

Managers do notcare the assignment that distributed by superior. Orders may not be passed on at all or carry out. Frequent whispering or excessive questions, or too many excuses and buck-passing, lead to no solutions. Anticlimactic works end up with no feedback but low efficiency and slow speed.

 

Implementation is the guarantee to achieve the strategic goal of the company. Senior managers are executives of the company, they are the first persons to implement strategy and also the key to achieve the company's strategic objectives, who should learn and master the methods and techniques to perform efficiently the most.

 

Execution for managers means change in thinking. A good manager must first have a basic awareness of modern management, and secondly to take action. No matters a system of large-scale enterprises, or a small meeting, managers must be able to implement. Finally, as Ramcharan said, the Execution for managers means leadership.

 

Lecture Spot Light

 

The lecture included three aspects including thinking ability, action ability and leadership. During the lecture, Mr. Hu firstly reconsidered and looked into the difference between performance of managers and employees fundamentally, indentify the duty and responsibility of managers, and then presented the methods and tools on how to achieve goals. Next step followed by the efficient action, such as a meeting, clear goals, analysis and problem solving, rational arrangement and monitoring tasks, mastering communication technology to reduce communication costs and improve efficiency. Finally, get growth of personal integrity, elevate personal charms, then lead growth of the team.

 

From theory to practice, Mr Hu taught students not only theory but with case explanation so as to create a relaxed atmosphere to arouse effective learning. The students who attended the course gave highly praise to Mr Hu and generally admit that the knowledge might be great helpful in their future work.
