1. Responsible for the work associated with the securities regulator cohesion and relationship maintenance2;

2. Responsible for coordinating with internal and external units to assure IPO is successful.Prepare for the other parts of business IPO;

3. Cooperate with listing broker and lawyer to bringdown The IPO Due Diligence.Organize and coordinate work flow with financial intermediaries.

Claim

1. Bachelor's Degree repuired, speicicalize in economic , finance , investment, legal etc;

2. 6 years progressive relevant operations experience, 3years work experience in investments bank/bond department of listed company/agency with global reputations  must be included.3;

3. Outgoing, good image, excellent communication and persuasiion skills;

4. Possess Extensive social resources that can carry out liaison and communication with the securities regulatory authorities .
