Description

1. Manage the whole process of project planning and architectural design, comprehensively control the cost, progress and quality of the project according to the cost pointer of the company's feasible project, so as to achieve cost control and create the best selling and living environment;

2. Responsible for organizing and implementing all the management work of civil engineering design of each project, controlling the delivery time and rationality of drawings and design changes, supervising design units to complete the design as required, and arranging the payment of design fees;

3. With certain scheme ability, responsible for organizing the stage review of architectural design results, joint review of construction drawings and review of design changes;

4. Coordinated the docking management of professional design such as landscape decoration, and confirmed important building materials;

5. Check and confirm the main materials in the construction process.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture, Having the qualification of Grade II or above as a certified architect or certified planner;

2. More than 3 years of experience in architectural design, participated in large residential and public building design projects in Guangzhou, more than 3 years of experience in design and management in real estate companies;

3. Proficient in PS, Sketchup, CAD and other operating software, and proficient in PPT production;

4. Responsible and proactive;

5. Good team spirit;

6. Male, aged around 35.
