Description
1. Develop key account clients, make good use of your own customer resources, establish customer files and tracking sales after visiting;
2. Maintain customer relationship, and make good use of Word-of-Mouth Communication;
3. Mentor the field sales staff to accomplish a field sales or accomplish a field sales independently;
4. Responsible for selling process tracking, and handling special requirements from customers.
Claim
1. Bachelor degree or higher;
2. At least 8 years working experience in sales management, luxury product sales experience is preferable, such as luxury real estate, private jets, yachts and so on;
3. Skillful in dealing with customers, good looking, logical and well expression ability;
4. Familiar with or understand the high-end luxury market situation of real estate market;
5. Be good at planning skills, good at execution and coordination, be familiar with site management/sales tactics;
6. Good English speaking, excellent at cantonese and mandarin, skillful at office software, word, excel, ppt, can make chart and do the data summary and analysis;
7. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, dedication to work, able to work under pressure, aggressive, result oriented, good communication skills and team player, skillful in organizing and excellent skills in community.
