1. Involvement in all phases of the Design process including programming schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration;

2. Compile schedule of construction process, review all the construction design drafts, responsible for works efficiency as followed standards: completeness, accuracy, timeliness;

3. Close collaborations with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors;

4. Responsible for material sample sealing and identification;

5. Offer cooperation with investment department at the first stage of land bidding;

6. Offer advisory for Marketing Department to complete construction orientation;

7. Cooperate with department of preparation to attain construction permission;

8. Cooperate with project department, complete the change regarding the construction design and the secondary design review, sign, model of sealing material sample, the sample recognition such as work, responsible for project facade on the effect of confirmation work;

9. Cooperate cost department with technical document audit;

10. Organize relevant reviews for design and cost of time benchmarking;

11. Responsible for design provider management, handle the process of bidding, delegation authorization, contract signing, performance management and result evaluation;

12. Establish construction standard library for Guangzhou company;

13. Responsible for construction drafts reservation and delivery, responsible for sorting and filing the relevant construction drafts and documents;

14. Finish other assignment for the superior leadership.

1. Bachelor degree or higher, major in architecture;

2. At least 5 years working experience in architectural design institute, 5 years working experience in real estate company;

3. Familiar with design software and office software.
