Description

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above in business management, economics or related majors;

2. Engaged in the research work of enterprise development, corporate governance, strategic planning and project development of real estate enterprises with large assets, or engaged in the development plan management of large real estate enterprises, proficient in the management knowledge of enterprise development plan, corporate governance or statistics;

3. More than 8 years of operation and management experience, including more than 3 years of operation and management experience in real estate industry, investment and expansion experience in real estate industry is preferred, Proficient in relevant professional knowledge, able to conduct in-depth analysis, take effective measures to solve problems in enterprise management and project management;
