External Investment Director

Description

1. Assist department leaders in organizing relevant personnel of the department to complete project investment, investment system construction, project pipeline construction and investment research and analysis;

2. Independently operate project investment and research analysis;

3. Participate in the formulation and revision of internal management rules of the department;

4. Participated in staff training and guidance of the department, put forward training and guidance suggestions on project investment, investment system construction, project pipeline construction and investment research and analysis;

5. Participate in public relations work, and assist company leaders to maintain good communication and collaboration with internal and external major relationship units;

6. Participated in various inter-departmental meetings;

7. Completed other work assigned by leaders.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above in real estate operation and management, investment management, financial management, enterprise management, etc;

2. Comprehensive management and coordination ability, Familiar with the whole process of real estate development business;

3. Rich experience in project equity acquisition and asset acquisition;

4. More than 10 years of working experience in real estate development and related industries, more than 3 years of management experience;

5. Real estate appraiser, land appraiser, cost engineer;

6. Proficient in OFFICE, investment measurement and analysis and other software;

7. Cet-4;

8. Short-term management skills training experience;

9. Male, over 32 years old.
