Description

1. Prepared annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly profit forecasts to meet the company's decision-making needs;

2. Prepared the company's financing plan according to the company's operation situation and project construction fund needs;

3. Formulate the project financing plan according to the company's financial situation and project cash flow, and determine the project financing conditions according to the financing policy of the holding company;

4. Responsible for asset evaluation, guarantee/mortgage/pledge in the process of project development loans;

5. Responsible for recommending and contacting individual mortgage banks;

6. Cooperate with relevant departments to complete equity acquisition.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance and economics, intermediate accountant title, certified public accountant qualification is preferred;

2. At least 5 years financial related working experience;

3. Familiar with financing methods of real estate industry, responsible for financing real estate development projects;

4. Familiar with the financial practice of real estate project companies and the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
