Securities Affairs Department Manager

Description

1. Responsible for connection and relationship maintenance with securities regulatory authorities;

2. Coordinate with internal and external units to complete the work before and after listing, and promote the realization of the company's listing target and the listing of other business segments of the Group;

3. Cooperate with brokers and lawyers to conduct due diligence, and coordinate related work between the company and intermediary agencies.

Claim

1. Master degree or above in finance, economics, finance, investment, law or related field;

2. At least 6 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a leading investment bank, investment institution or securities affairs in a large listed company;

3. Extrovert, good image temperament, excellent communication skills and expression ability;

4. Extensive social data, able to contact and communicate with securities regulatory authorities.
