Description

1. Construction of construction technology management system, clear responsibility and process of construction posts;

2. Establish, standardize and improve the internal review system and content of construction drawings of architectural specialty;

3. Fully responsible for the design management from the early stage of the project to the design time of construction drawing, and the discussion and review of architectural design schemes of engineering projects;

4. Presided over the compilation of architectural design task book;

5. Responsible for the management of architectural design process, and participate in the discussion, review and decision-making of schemes and important technical issues, Be fully responsible for the quality of finished products and design documents in each design time, review and summarize construction drawings of architectural design, and control the cost of design time;

6. Summarize and analyze the contents of architectural design regularly, optimize and improve the professional technical standards;

7. Responsible for the implementation and control of the design effect on the construction site, providing professional technical support for construction, and monitoring and management of project quality and cost in project development.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture, civil engineering or related;

2. More than 8 years of working experience in engineering design, with experience in engineering design management, independently leading the planning and design, engineering development and construction of large commercial real estate and residential projects or large public facilities projects;

3. Proficient in relevant professional technology and design specifications, clear thinking, comprehensive and meticulous consideration, strong planning and control ability, excellent professional and summary and analysis ability, full of sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability;

4. Grade A registered construction engineer, engineer or above title.
