Description

1. Establish and improve various management systems and systems of the property management company, and promote and monitor the effective implementation of each working system;

2. Formulated the pre-project intervention plan of the property management company, the acceptance and takeover plan of the property project and the building delivery plan, and supervised the implementation of the plan and the plan, Participate in the preliminary real estate design scheme review, put forward the property management needs;

3. Set up the project property management team, set up the property management structure, and was responsible for the training of middle and senior management personnel;

4. Responsible for organizing and approving medium and long term development plans, annual plans, operation and management plans, annual capital budgets, property management plans, diversified operations and income-generating plans of property companies under the Group, and implementing them;

5. Establish and improve service quality system, optimize and improve service process and quality, cooperate with the Group to carry out annual satisfaction survey to improve customer satisfaction;

6. Organized and coordinated various management work of each company, and provided daily business guidance and support.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above in property management or management;

2. At least 8 years of property management experience in well-known enterprises, at least 5 years of general manager or deputy general manager management experience;

3. Experience in management of high-end residential property service and early intervention of property management, experience in overall management of multiple real estate, familiar with property operation and comprehensive operation management process, industrial policies and laws and regulations;

4. Good communication, coordination, organization and overall management skills, good team work ability, adhere to customer first and quality service management ideas;

5. Strong adaptability, willing to accept challenges, positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility;

6. National property enterprise manager certificate is preferred.
