Investment Attraction Director

Description

1. Built and improved the group's investment attraction system and process, and coordinated the group's overall investment attraction management;

2. Responsible for the pre-commercial positioning and planning of the group's commercial real estate, and formulating investment attraction and operation planning schemes;

3. Organize and formulate investment promotion plans for commercial projects, control the progress and quality of investment promotion, and take responsibility for the achievement of investment promotion goals of the Group;

4. Set up the investment promotion team of the project, guided the compilation of the functional norms, post responsibilities and work standards of the project investment promotion department, prepared the investment promotion work plan, and took charge of the construction of the investment promotion team and the operation management of the later stage;

5. Develop and maintain good relationship with commercial customers.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, planning, management or related;

2. At least 8 years working experience in famous real estate development company or famous commercial real estate consulting company, at least 3 years working experience in commercial real estate management;

3. Successful cases of investment promotion of large commercial projects, familiar with construction materials or electronic professional markets or the preparation process of large commercial centers, rich brand resources and contacts, able to organize and complete the positioning, format and brand work plan of commercial real estate projects;

4. Excellent negotiation skills, planning, organization, planning, program execution and team leadership skills, able to independently lead the team to carry out work.
