Description

1. Improve the process to improve the quality of epitaxial wafers and ensure stable production, and solve the actual process problems;

2. Responsible for the installation, debugging and acceptance of new epitaxial equipment;

3. New product research and development and mass production introduction.

Claim

1. More than 3 years of senior leadership in domestic or international well-known LED epitaxial chip companies;

2. Familiar with Si substrate LED epitaxial structure and process, Experience in LED development of new products, familiar with MOCVD equipment principle and operation;

3. Experience of leading LED R&D/production team, cooperative spirit, cheerful personality;

4. Bachelor degree or above from famous universities in China or abroad, PhD degree preferred.
