Interior Design Director

Description

1. Responsible for the construction of interior design management system, and clear the responsibilities and processes of interior design positions, To establish, standardize and improve the internal review system and content of interior design construction drawings;

2. Responsible for the early stage management of interior design, including the discussion and review of interior design schemes of engineering projects, and the organization and implementation of interior design projects;

3. Responsible for the review and summary of interior design construction drawings, the implementation of project design planning, distribution and rule making, and the determination of the decoration materials;

4. Summarize and analyze interior design content regularly, optimize and improve professional technical standards.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above in interior design, arts and crafts, architecture;

2. More than 10 years of interior design experience, responsible for large-scale commercial, five-star hotel, club, model room and other projects of interior design, real estate development enterprise decoration design management experience is preferred;

3. Proficient in decoration design professional regulations, familiar with the selection of decoration materials, Proficient in common design software, interior design, professional cooperation, project management and other modules, proficient in scheme design, in-depth design, construction drawing design and the whole process of construction design and management, excellent professional and summary analysis ability, full of sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability;

4. Excellent design aesthetic ability and broad cultural vision;

5. Senior interior designer.
