Hotel Project Director

Description

1. Participated in the preliminary preparation work of the hotel and participated in the negotiation, review, quotation and acceptance of new projects;

2. Responsible for and leading the engineering and technical work of the hotel;

3. Responsible for engineering supervision, coordination and promotion of hotel projects;

4. Develop cost budgets for hotel engineering projects of various groups and control the cost of engineering projects.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years relevant working experience, including more than 3 years equivalent working experience in international five-star brand hotel;

2. Five-star hotel preparation experience, proficient in at least two of the six major (six major: air conditioning, boiler, strong electricity, weak electricity, decoration, mechanical tube), familiar with other majors, have a certain understanding of the development of new technology of facilities and equipment;

3. Familiar with the overall planning and construction schedule of five-star hotel preparation, and familiar with the hotel civil engineering, equipment installation and construction organization process, Familiar with the basic design of five-star hotel, familiar with the overall plane layout of the hotel, able to approve the architectural and decoration design drawings;

4. Senior engineer title or hotel Engineering Director professional qualification certificate is preferred;

5. Strong management and communication skills, high professional dedication.
