2. Put forward the target requirements for the expected effect of the garden, put forward the planning and design requirements of the garden landscape of the project, and organize the evaluation of the design results;

3. Design time and planning, architecture and other professional cooperation, During the implementation stage, negotiate with engineering management department and marketing center to determine the implementation schedule of landscape engineering;

4. Responsible for organizing and dealing with the quality problems of landscape engineering, and putting forward review opinions on the solutions of major technical problems on site;

5. Control the cost according to the positioning of project products and target cost requirements;

6. Improve the added value of products and achieve the optimal effect under controllable cost.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in landscape design, more than 10 years of landscape design experience in well-known real estate enterprises or design companies;

2. Familiar with domestic and foreign relevant design specifications, have comprehensive professional knowledge of landscape and relevant professional knowledge, have keen ability to control the effect of landscape design, and have operation experience of large-scale landscape projects with different styles;

3. Have senior landscape Architect qualification certificate.
