Description

1. Formulate and implement project Construction Plan and Monthly Work Plan according to the Overall Project Development Plan and project objectives issued by the Group, and examine and approve monthly and weekly work plans of direct and subordinate companies;

2. Organize the group project to complete the monthly inspection of the group, form the monthly inspection report for the decision-making support of the senior management of the group, and send it to each project for rectification to ensure that the project progress and quality meet the requirements of the group;

3. Check the project visa status of the project management Department to control various costs and construction period;

4. Fully implement target control in the construction phase.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering or related engineering;

2. Engineering management experience in a large real estate group, more than 2 years' working experience as the first person in charge of the whole process management of a project of more than 300,000 square meters is preferred;

3. Have the ability to build the group project management system and control the remote development project management system.
