Description

1. Establish and improve risk management standards and norms, timely reveal risks and avoid operating losses of the company;

2. Improve the engineering audit system and standards, establish the tracking audit of the whole process compliance of major projects and the reporting and sampling inspection system of other matters.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering management;

2. At least 2 years of experience in risk control or supervision and audit center of private enterprises, and experience in project cost management;

3. Experience in cost management or audit management of large private real estate groups, experience in large-scale urban complex, high-end villa and fine decoration projects, and rich experience in cost control and engineering audit.
