Description

1. Responsible for bidding management of the Group (including affiliated companies).

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering or cost related;

2. More than 8 years of bidding control experience in large real estate groups/regions, including at least one year of experience in the same management position;

3. Rigorous, insightful, principled, experienced in bidding control, system building ability is preferred.
