Description

1. According to the project situation, participate in the project research, product positioning, design results evaluation and other work in the early stage of the project, cooperate with the project planning and program adjustment, be responsible for the improvement of the project implementation plan, and put forward improvement suggestions for specific problems encountered in the implementation process, and ensure the competitiveness of the project products;

2. Have the organizing ability and experience to rush the opening and supply quickly;

3. Responsible for organizing project construction process management, ensuring progress, quality, safety and cost management to meet the requirements of the real estate group, and ensuring smooth delivery of the building on schedule;

4. Responsible for the overall planning of project design, engineering, marketing, development and construction application, cost, building delivery and other aspects to ensure the smooth progress of the project;

5. Responsible for organizing the preparation of the overall project plan, promoting and monitoring the implementation of the project plan approved by the Group, and coordinating the problems related to project development;

6. Maintain good communication with local government departments to ensure rapid development of the project, Maintain and maintain established communication channels;

7. Train and motivate team members to make the team operate efficiently and cultivate talents for the development of the enterprise.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, 32 -- 45 years old, major in civil engineering, civil engineering, engineering management or related;

2. More than 10 years of working experience in real estate industry, including more than 5 years of working experience in real estate project development and construction management, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position in top50 real estate enterprises, having presided over the development and construction of large volume multi-format real estate projects is preferred;
