Description

1. Responsible for the overall control of projects of the Group, and supporting the implementation of projects of each project company;

2. Establish and implement the project management system and operation management system;

3. Responsible for the demonstration of key technologies of real estate projects of the Group, providing decision-making basis for senior management of the Group;

4. Coordinated and monitored project quality, established and implemented project quality inspection system;

5. Coordinated and monitored the progress of each project, established and implemented the progress assessment system, coordinated and solved the major problems affecting the progress of each project;

6. Develop engineering management objectives, establish standardized engineering management processes, systems and regulations;

7. Summarize and promote good construction technology to improve project quality;

8. Coordinate engineering management related matters, organize and implement effective management of engineering construction projects.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, 35 -- 47 years old, major in civil engineering, civil engineering or related;

2. At least 10 years engineering management experience in real estate industry, at least 3 years similar experience in top50 real estate company;

3. Familiar with real estate industry operation and management knowledge and relevant legal knowledge;

4. Familiar with construction technology and engineering quantity calculation, engineering development cost control and other knowledge;

5. high sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work, good personality charm;

6. Strong analytical and judgment skills, communication and coordination skills and team management skills;

7. have a good job ethics level.
