Description
1. Responsible for organizing the formulation of the company's brand positioning strategy and product development strategy, and promoting the series of market strategies to enhance the brand power, and formulating the corresponding implementation plans and programs, so as to improve the brand awareness, reputation and loyalty, and optimize the product structure;
2. Responsible for the company's brand planning and category market planning, ensuring the completion of the company's annual product development tasks and sales targets, improving brand loyalty, customer purchase rate, marketing strategies to drive sales, and implementing the company's strategic requirements;
3. Track, collect and analyze market information according to market environment and competitors' dynamics, grasp industry development trend, study and analyze consumer consumption patterns and habits in different regions and at different levels, and gain insight into consumers' potential needs;
4. Responsible for the effect of packaging strategy, advertising strategy and terminal vividness strategy of each brand of the company, to ensure that the packaging style, advertising creativity and terminal vividness plan are better than the designated competitive products while having their own personality, so as to enhance the image of each brand and the recognition and purchasing power of consumers;
5. New product innovation and product line optimization, continuous innovation and development of new products, including product packaging, pricing, distribution, trial marketing and promotion schemes, etc;
6. Responsible for the company's media planning and brand communication, media promotion planning and implementation, making media plans and budgets for each brand, and achieving the optimal communication effect at the lowest cost;
7. Take charge of the daily management of the brand center to ensure the stable, efficient and orderly operation of the center.
Claim
1. Bachelor degree or above, aged between 35 and 40;
2. Proficient in brand management, marketing and management communication;
3.10 years or above working experience, at least 3 years in the same position, must have large FMCG industry brand management experience;
4.International famous cosmetics enterprises, large well-known FMCG product planning experience, well-known international advertising company background;
5. Working experience in large foreign and private enterprises is preferred; Experience or idea of online pipeline marketing brand is preferred;
6. Clear mind, quick thinking, strong ability of organization, coordination, analysis, judgment and decision-making.
