Description
1. Conducted sales, research and analysis according to the group's real estate development goals, put forward market analysis reports, investigated market trends, and organized the formulation of marketing strategies;
2. Formulated the phased sales schedule and advertising plan according to the sales expenses determined by the company, and ensured the promotion and implementation of the project plan;
3. Participated in the formulation of price system and suggested price adjustment strategies according to market changes;
4. Responsible for selecting advertisers and communicating with mass media and advertising companies;
5. Organized the summary of advertising monitoring (advertising release time and density), studied customer feedback information, and investigated the implementation of sales strategies;
6. Responsible for the preliminary market research of new real estate projects, product positioning analysis, and guiding the preparation of preliminary planning reports of products;
7. Responsible for the company's brand building and image promotion, high-end media resource management and major event promotion, organizing and implementing the brand strategic plan and other related work, Examine and approve various public relations activities to promote the corporate image;
8. Responsible for project website construction;
9. Responsible for reviewing, implementing and following up the release of mass media and the design, printing and production of sales series props;
10. Planned the organizational development, management system, rules and regulations of the brand planning group, and assisted in expanding market business;
11. Responsible for the daily management of the brand planning group, reasonable allocation and coordination of departmental resources and external resources.
Claim
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or related;
2. More than 8 years of large-scale real estate marketing and planning experience, more than 5 years of similar working experience;
3. Knowledge of marketing management, economic law, strategic management, organizational change management, and professional knowledge of marketing (including market research, product development and positioning, sales management, media management);
