1. Directly responsible to the DEPUTY general manager of business Management Center without reporting to HR;

2. Responsible for recruitment of middle and high-end positions, such as manager and director;

3. Responsible for building and improving the recruitment system and process, standardizing recruitment standards and developing recruitment channels.

1. Male, bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 5 years of recruitment experience in electronics manufacturing industry in front, and 2 years of headhunting experience in the back;

3. Have recruitment pipeline resources, understand the business of enterprise positions, and have skilled recruitment skills.
