Description

1. Responsible for leading the foreign trade business team to expand foreign markets and sell products to complete sales tasks;

2. Responsible for the main sales goals and plans, formulate, participate in or assist the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems, and lead the implementation;

3. optimize foreign trade business process, perfect foreign trade operation management system;

4. Responsible for daily management and management, guidance, training and evaluation of subordinates;

5. Responsible for team building, guiding and training the business work of the business staff of the department, and building an excellent team by managing, motivating, training and guiding the business staff;

6. Collect and sort out relevant market development trend, demand change and customer feedback data;
