Description
1. Planned the organizational structure, staffing, budget and business development direction of the business division;
2. Responsible for leading the team of Foreign trade Business Department to plan, develop, purchase, produce, expand market and sell foreign products, and complete sales tasks;
3. Responsible for the main sales goals and plans, formulate, participate in or assist the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems, and lead the implementation;
4. optimize foreign trade business process, improve foreign trade operation management system;
5. Responsible for daily management and management, guidance, training and evaluation of subordinates;
6. Responsible for team building, guiding and training the business work of the business staff of the department, and building an excellent team by managing, motivating, training and guiding the business staff;
7. Collect and sort out relevant market development trend, demand change and customer feedback data;
8. Organize and coordinate international exhibitions of the industry.
Claim
1. Bachelor degree or above, under the age of 38, more than eight years of working experience in export sales, familiar with the operation process of foreign trade industry, good at team management;

5. Fluent English in both spoken and written, north American sales management experience, or taiwan-funded lighting industry experience is preferred.
