Description

1. Responsible for the overall commercial operation and management of the company's commercial real estate projects, and formulate reasonable operation and management modes, business plans and guidelines according to the overall business planning of the company;

2. Prepared the development plan, annual business plan, financial budget plan, profit distribution and loss compensation plan of the company's commercial real estate projects;

3. Responsible for implementing the operation and management of various projects, proposing promotion plans such as investment attraction adjustment, planning and promotion activities, and improving the business environment according to the business conditions, and promoting the operation and management system and service criteria;

4. Responsible for reviewing the commercial positioning, investment promotion strategy and leasing price standard adjustment plan of the commercial company during the operation period, and guiding and supervising the investment promotion work of various commercial projects;

5. Responsible for improving, establishing, implementing and implementing various management rules and regulations of the company and the department;

6. Formulated and implemented the professional training, assessment and cost control of the department, and established a high-quality and efficient business team.

Claim

1. Under 43 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, management or related;

2. More than 8 years' experience in commercial real estate project planning, investment attraction and operation management, more than 3 years' experience in the same position, experience in pre-planning and operation of comprehensive commercial projects is preferred;
