Description

1. Implement the principles and policies of the Party and the state, implement the resolutions of the board of directors, and under the leadership of the general manager, be responsible for the daily report and approval of departments in charge and projects;

2. Participated in the research and formulation of the company's important decisions, various management systems, management plans, organization setup, appointment and removal of middle-level and above managers, put forward various suggestions and opinions, and assisted the general manager in implementing them;

3. Assisted the general manager to strengthen the implementation of various management systems, responsibility norms, working procedures and quality standards of departments in charge and projects, put forward suggestions for improvement in time when problems were found, reported important problems to the general manager, worked out solutions together, and ensured the coordinated development of various works of the company;

4. Assisted the general Manager in implementing relevant resolutions and instructions of the company, and completed various specific tasks assigned by the general manager;

5. In charge of various district projects.

1. More than 10 years working experience in property industry, more than 5 years working experience in management position, more than 2 years working experience in the same position;

2. Strong ability in enterprise operation, planning, leadership, organization and coordination, team management, communication and expression, and strong ability to work under pressure;

3. Familiar with the operation and management of property companies, and have independently managed several (more than 5) real estate buildings in my past work experience;

4. Have senior management experience in property companies with second-level qualification or above, and be familiar with the operation and management of residential, commercial, scenic and other properties.
