Import & Export Manager

Description

1. Abide by the rules and binding documents of the group company and the trading company, respect and actively adapt to the corporate culture of the group company and the trading company, and promote the formation and development of a healthy corporate culture and department atmosphere;

2. Cooperate with the sales manager to assist the general manager in determining or adjusting the categories of imported products and formulating corresponding strategies;

3. Formulated and timely adjusted import and export plans, led the team to timely implement the plans and achieve the goals;

4. Establish, maintain and optimize the import and export affairs management system under the leadership of the general manager;

5. Form a professional, united and efficient import and export team through training, assistance, motivation and optimization;

6. Maintained communication and work contact with all departments of the company to ensure that the work of all departments of the company was closely connected and synchronized;

7. Establish and maintain good relations with competent government departments such as customs and third-party service agencies to ensure the smooth progress of import and export affairs;

8. Timely feedback supply change information and arrival information to the Sales department;

9. Guide and help subordinates to solve the problems encountered in the process of import and export operation;

10. Assisted the general manager to deal with emergencies or public relations crises;

11. Report to the general manager regularly.

Claim

1. 30 to 40 years old, dignified appearance, physical and mental health, good mental condition;

2. Full-time bachelor degree or above from a regular university, major in international trade is preferred;

3. 6 years of import and export experience, at least 3 consecutive years of department manager level work experience;

4. Familiar with the import and export business of agricultural products and related policies and regulations, with rich interpersonal resources; Familiar with aquatic products and fruit import and export business is preferred;

5. Good command of English, computer operation and application;

6. Cheerful, amiable, honest and enterprising.
