General Manager

Description

1. Abide by the system and binding documents of the group company and the trading company, respect and actively adapt to the corporate culture of the group company and the trading company, and promote the formation and development of a healthy corporate culture;

2. Formulate or adjust the company's development strategy under the leadership of the Group Company or entrusted by the Group Company;

3. Formulated the annual business plan and led the team to achieve the company's annual performance targets;

4. Under the leadership of the Group or entrusted by the Group, take charge of the construction, optimization and implementation of the company's management system;

5. Form a professional, united, efficient, motivated and consistent company team through the establishment, training, leadership, motivation and optimization;

6. Maintained communication and working contact with all departments and links of the group company to ensure smooth operation of the company;

7. Establish and maintain good communication and relationship with relevant government departments and media to ensure the smooth operation of the company;

8. When the post of the direct subordinate is absent, act as its management function and assume its management responsibility;

9. Participated in handling emergencies and public relations crises;

10. Report to the group regularly.

Claim

1. 35 to 50 years old, dignified appearance, physical and mental health, good mental condition;

2. Full-time bachelor degree or above from regular universities, majored in international trade, enterprise management and financial management is preferred;

3. At least 8 years of management experience in an international trading company with a sound organization and structure, at least 3 consecutive years of experience in the position of vice general manager or above;

4. Familiar with import and export business and relevant policies and regulations, have good relations with relevant government departments, and have rich interpersonal resources; Familiar with agricultural products (aquatic products, fruits) trade and sales is preferred;

5. Good command of English, computer operation and application;

6. Cheerful, amiable, honest and enterprising.
