Description

1. Guided and formulated the investment attraction positioning scheme, planning scheme and opening scheme of the commercial company according to the strategic objectives proposed by the company; 

2. Responsible for the planning of investment return analysis, business model design and profit model design for commercial real estate projects;

3. Fully responsible for the planning, investment attraction and operation of commercial projects developed by the company;

4. Responsible for the whole process of project planning, investment attraction positioning, implementation, management and control to achieve the company's business objectives;

5. Responsible for the overall planning of investment promotion of professional markets, the formulation and decomposition of business indicators, and the supervision and inspection of completion;

6. Formulated the internal management structure setting scheme and basic management system of commercial companies, took charge of the basic team building and standardized internal management of commercial companies;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the general Manager's office.

Claim

1.more than 8 years of business management experience, more than 3 years of senior management experience, such as general manager of a commercial company;

2. Have a deep understanding of commercial real estate planning, positioning, investment attraction, moving line design, functional design, and technical requirements of various formats;

3.proficient in commercial project planning, positioning, preparation, investment promotion, opening and operation, successful operation of multiple shopping centers and urban complex cases is preferred;

4. Have strategic height, strong planning, execution and adaptability, and be able to establish and integrate different work teams.
