Description
1. Responsible for formulating the operation plan of the project company and participating in the operation decision of the group company;
2. Responsible for the operation and management of the project company, ensuring the progress, quality and safety of project design, development and engineering, as well as the sales revenue and cost control of the project company to meet the requirements of business objectives;
3. Responsible for the construction of project company management system, implementation and maintenance of ISO quality management system;
4. Responsible for the public relations management of the project company, maintaining good communication with external customers, improving the public image of the project and creating a good external environment;
5. Organize the preparation of the overall project schedule, capital plan, marketing plan and bidding and purchasing plan;
6. Determine the organizational structure of the project, implement personnel responsibilities, personnel training, performance assessment, rewards, punishments and incentives, and team building;
7. Recruitment, promotion and dismissal of project company personnel;
8. Organize the design of construction drawings, project development and application, and project pre-settlement;
9. Bidding and purchasing of materials and equipment and construction services, and signing of contracts;
10. Organize project construction, control construction quality, safety, progress, cost and civilized construction on site;
11. Audit and control the daily expenses of the project company;
12. Organize the acceptance of all kinds of special projects, the acceptance and filing of project completion;
13. Organized the implementation of marketing programs, sales management and customer service;
14. Responsible for daily financial work, daily cost control, sales collection and project financing;
15. Responsible for analyzing and summarizing the operation and management of the project company, making continuous improvement, and reporting the operation of the project to the Group company.
Claim
1. Strong word processing ability and language expression ability;
2. Large project management ability, familiar with real estate construction procedures and business processes;

4. Master computer operation and PROJECT management software;
5. Have certain contact with government agencies related to real estate development;
6. At least 8 years industry experience, 3 years equivalent working experience.
