1. Participate in the early stage of the project feasibility study, provide professional opinions and suggestions for project construction and development, participate in the headquarter's product positioning;

2. Comprehensive presided over the rutine work of the project construction department during the development process. Directly responsible to the Group President;         

3. Make decision on major issues in the project department , or provide references for headquarter's leadership decision-making;

4. According to the sales target of headquarter, overall coordinate building design, building construction, advertising planning and sales planing, support the implementation to ensure project success;

5. Arrange and monitor the management work of supervision company, the builder and the supplier. According to the cost control system of the company and headquarters as well as the relevant terms of the contract  , responsible for the progress payment and compensation audit;        

6. Responsible for the branch management, with the skill to manage all branch functioning department such as financial, human resources, marketing, research and development, cost control.  

1. Gender is not limited , healthy, bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 10 years related working experience in construction, more than 3 years working experience in the position of director, 5 years or above working experience in the position of project manager.
