Description

1. Responsible for reviewing construction drawings of standardized garden and landscape design products, summarizing and feeding back the problems found in the process of reviewing drawings;

2. Organize and carry out research on professional technical standards and management standards of landscape design, summarize and analyze the advantages and problems of the company's structural design, and provide reference for product research and development;

3. Responsible for the optimization of relevant technical standards, and put forward suggestions for relevant departments to solve;

4. According to the company's project requirements, formulate and improve the matching configuration standards of garden and landscape design products;

5. Responsible for providing professional technical support to R&D department and technology Department, and participating in providing solutions to basic schemes or problems in R&D and design;

6. Responsible for team building and guidance;

7. Responsible for establishing and maintaining business cooperation relations.

Claim

1. Under 40 years old, no gender limitation, senior title preferred;

2. Fluent in Mandarin and simple English;

3. Bachelor degree or above, major in landscape architecture and landscape design from famous universities;

4. More than 10 years of equivalent working experience in large real estate companies or grade A design units, proficient in relevant technical specifications of the major, familiar with the development process of residential real estate projects;

5. Excellent ability of reviewing landscape design, skilled in using office equipment, software and professional drawing software;

6. Excellent professional ability and summarizing and analyzing ability, full of sense of responsibility.
