Description

1. Responsible for research and analysis of the stock market, focusing on the stock market of the company;

2. Regularly submit stock market analysis reports to the board of Directors (once a month);

3. Assist related staff of the Secretary office of the Board of Directors to do a good job in share circulation, transfer, pledge and other work;

4. Assisted the securities affairs representative in determining the release time of regular and temporary announcements;

5. Assist the secretary of the Board of Directors to prepare the board of directors, the board of supervisors, the general meeting of shareholders and the meeting of investors;

6. Participated in the organization and coordination of various meetings of the Secretariat of the Board of Directors.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, securities investment or related economics;

2.Familiar with all kinds of financial products, at least 2 years experience in securities analysis or securities investment, holding securities practice qualification;

3. Have high market grasp ability, investment analysis ability and market influence;

4. Strong logical thinking ability, innovation and research spirit, team spirit and good professional ethics;

5. Good affinity, communication and coordination skills, and comprehensive quality.
