SHE Engineer

Description

1. Be responsible for the company's safety, environmental protection and occupational health management, collect the latest national and local laws and regulations on safety, environmental protection and occupational health, and ensure that the company implements national safety laws and regulations, environmental protection regulations and occupational health specifications;

2.Is responsible for the company's annual ehs training plan and ensure national security, environmental protection, occupational health related laws, regulations and company safety, environmental protection, occupational health system in the enterprise internal propaganda, responsible for employee safety plant-level training in environmental and occupational health work, improve employee safety environmental protection consciousness;

3. Cooperate with the formulation of the company's annual safety, environmental protection and occupational health target plan, track the implementation of the target, and ensure the realization of the annual safety, environmental protection and occupational health target;

4. Responsible for improving and revising the occupational health, safety and environmental protection operation rules and safety and environmental protection management system of the company and all departments, and supervising the implementation of all departments;

5. Responsible for the management of waste water, waste gas, noise and solid waste of the company and the declaration of pollutant discharge, to ensure the normal operation of environmental protection facilities such as the company's sewage treatment station;

6. Participate in factory-level safety and environmental protection inspection, be responsible for setting measures, departments, responsible persons and deadlines for the hidden trouble rectification schedule, track the rectification process and verify the rectification results;

7. Responsible for the preparation of the application materials of new, modified and expanded projects for safety, environmental protection and occupational health, and supervise the implementation of safety and environmental protection measures during the implementation of technical transformation projects and new projects;

8. Responsible for the verification of the implementation of safety measures for primary and secondary fire operations, confined space operations and high work, and the approval of the above work permits;

9. Participate in the investigation and analysis of safety and environmental protection accidents in the company, put forward handling suggestions, and implement rectification and preventive measures. Participate in all kinds of major SHE accident investigation and analysis;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Claim

1. College degree or above, major in chemical engineering or safety and environmental protection;

2. Have the qualification of registered safety engineer, strong external communication skills;

3.At least 3 years working experience in safety and environmental protection management in chemical industry.
