Description

1. Responsible for the review of design documents (drawings) (curtain wall, metal doors and Windows);

2. Responsible for the specific work of making reasonable suggestions, vigorously advocating the application of new technologies and new materials;

3. Responsible for the scheme design of the company's major curtain wall bidding projects, do a good job in the review of the general curtain wall project bidding scheme and design technical documents, and participate in the bidding and bidding consultation work;

4. Responsible for guiding the production technology and production process of the production workshop of curtain Wall Doors and Windows Company;

5. Responsible for organizing the promotion and application of "four new technologies (new technology, new material, new equipment, new process)" for curtain wall, metal doors and Windows;

6. Responsible for the comprehensive cultivation of excellent curtain wall, metal doors and Windows design talents, and assist the chief engineer in the team construction of the design and research Institute;

7. Responsible for strengthening horizontal contact and cooperation with excellent design teams in the industry;

8. Responsible for the completion and acceptance of major (or excellence) curtain wall, door and window projects of the company;

9. Assist the chief engineer to draw up the curtain wall professional technical training plan of the Design and Research Institute, and organize and implement the training;

10. Actively maintain the information of the Design and Research Institute and the collective work results of all posts, keep the information confidential and backup well, and timely or regularly submit the information to the company's archives and data center for preservation according to the company's data management regulations;

11. Assist the chief engineer in the standardization of exterior design projects, and guide the exterior staff to carry out the management system work;

12. Assist the chief engineer of the Design institute to manage the design institute and cooperative design units, implement and implement relevant national laws, regulations and mandatory provisions of engineering construction standards;

13. Responsible for the identification and treatment of major design accidents of curtain wall, metal doors and Windows, and actively cooperate with the chief engineer of the Design and Research Institute to timely convene relevant personnel to deal with the problems found;

14. Complete other temporary and important tasks assigned by the company leaders.

7. Skilled in dealing with architectural decoration design (exterior) technology and management affairs, familiar with technology and management workflow of design institute, and experienced in design document review;

8. Familiar with national, industrial and local policies, laws, regulations and mandatory provisions of engineering construction standards on building decoration;

9. Proficient in office software and industry related software;

10. Excellent language skills and copywriting skills.
