1. Design and plan products according to the development task;

2. Responsible for the review of product structure design and appearance design;

3. Responsible for providing feasible suggestions for material cost accounting of new products;

4. Responsible for project supervision and coordination of new products;

5. Responsible for product cost and quality optimization;

6. Responsible for the management and training of department personnel.

Claim

1. Above 30 years old, male, bachelor degree or above, major in structure design or mould manufacturing, at least 5 years working experience as lamp R&D manager in group company or at least 3 years working experience as lamp R&D director;

2. Proficient in product structure design and mold design;

3. Proficient in 3D and 2D product design software;

4. Familiar with raw material performance and have strong cost consciousness;

5. Master the optical design technology of LED lighting system, have a deep understanding of THE development of LED and LED lighting industry, according to the optical principle of LED, through technical integration, can apply high-power LED lighting products;

6. Strong leadership and innovation ability.
