Design Director

Description

1. Fully understand brand culture, brand concept, brand personality and other communication demands, and develop product design strategies and plans 

(1) Organize market research and analyze fashion design trends and trends;

(2) Communicate with Marketing Department, sales department and customers on demand, and accurately grasp customer demand;

(3) According to the overall development strategy of the enterprise and the brand, determine the annual product design development goals and strategies.

2. Organize fashion design

(1) Responsible for the positioning, image and style of the company's brands;

(2) Formulate the whole design process of garment product design;

(3) Responsible for the verification and release of the paper and clothing samples presented by the design;

(4) Independently design the latest fashion products in China.

3. Responsible for internal management of the department

(1) Overall management of the design Department, assignment of design and development tasks, coordination of personnel relations, and reasonable arrangement of the work of relevant staff,Tasks, tracking and responsible for the completion time and quality of each staff's work;

(2) Set up a design team, audit and evaluate the relevant staff of the design department, and evaluate their work attitude, business ability and ability,Develop evaluation, ensure the overall ability and quality of the design department, and formulate the training plan of talent echelon;

(3) Coordinate internal and external relations of the department;

(4) Carry out the design professional training for the sales staff of the Marketing Department in a planned way, including the basic knowledge of clothing design and Presentation of customer demands, etc, to improve the team's communication efficiency.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above in clothing related field, at least 8 years' experience in clothing design of famous brands, at least 3 years' experience in clothing design of famous brands ,Experience as design director; 

2. Strong drawing ability, able to independently design clothing series, have knowledge of cloth accessories and ingredients pattern, and have a sensitive sense of color;

3. Rich design experience and successful cases, proficient in product structure garment cost composition and process production;

4. Have a certain understanding of the technology and ingredients of flour and auxiliary materials;

5. Proficient in various design software;

6. Excellent ability of guidance, management and proposal, Good judgment and analytical skills, Good at summarizing and discovering problems;

7. Responsible, good team spirit, strong team management experience, able to work under pressure.
