Description

1. Organize the implementation and implementation of various work according to the work responsibilities of the project company;

2. Responsible for the following major work of the project company:

(1) Take charge of the management of the development business or other business of the project company, and organize and implement the decisions of the board of directors;

(2) Organize and implement the annual business plan of the project company;

(3) Participate in major bidding decisions of projects according to specific authorization of the Group;

(4) Construction site management and handling of emergencies during construction;

(5) Ensure the implementation of various management regulations of the company.

3. Responsible for daily management of the project company:

(1) Put forward suggestions on institutional setting of the project company, participated in personnel recruitment and organized business training of the project company;

(2) Formulate the project company's work plan, establish work objectives, decompose work tasks and summarize work;

(3) Responsible for the daily performance assessment of project company employees and make corresponding suggestions on rewards and punishments;

(4) Responsible for the business liaison between the project company and relevant departments or institutions inside and outside the company.

Claim

1. Major in real estate development or economic management, bachelor degree or above, intermediate technical title or above, with project manager qualification certificate;

2. At least 5 years of experience in real estate development or related business management;

3. Familiar with national, local and industry related laws, regulations and policies;

4. Strong coordination and negotiation skills;

5. Good crisis management and decision-making ability;

6. have the comprehensive quality of enterprise management.
