Description

1. According to the requirements of the board of directors, lead the development of the company's business development strategy, and put forward corporate governance suggestions from the perspective of strategic development; 

2. According to the company's development strategy, analyze the industry status quo, development trend and study relevant policies issued by the government, formulate the company's strategic goals, and timely adjust and revise them according to market changes;

3. Organize the implementation of the company's overall strategy, establish the company's strategic management system, explore market opportunities, and lead innovation and change;

4. Establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with the government, media and customers;

5. Represented the company to attend major foreign affairs activities, relevant signing ceremonies and business activities of the industry.

Claim

1. Major in economics, investment, strategic management, enterprise management or related majors,Overseas study and working background is preferred;

2. At least 3 years of experience in the management of strategic development center of large real estate groups at home and abroad;

3. Familiar with domestic and foreign real estate/construction trends, working experience in relevant government departments is preferred;

4. Strong ability of management, organization, communication and coordination, as well as excellent organization and director ability;

5. Familiar with national, regional, real estate/construction policies and regulations on land transfer, real estate development, building planning, etc;

6. Have a systematic understanding and accumulated practical experience in the investment management mode of real estate enterprises, and have rich practical experience in the management and operation of business planning, such as enterprise development strategy planning, discovery and evaluation of investment opportunities.
