Description

1. Fully responsible for the work of the Planning and Design Center and coordinating with other functional departments; 

2. Formulated and coordinated the project design schedule based on the project development schedule, reported it to the Group and was responsible for control and implementation;

3. Monitor the design progress of key control nodes, formulate or review the overall design plan of the project and track and check its implementation, Responsible for the preliminary review of the design unit selection,Responsible for compiling all design contracts and monitoring the implementation of design contracts, Responsible for the preparation of design tasks for each design period, Responsible for organizing and coordinating the development of design work at each stage of the project, Organize or inspect and monitor the progress of special engineering design and secondary design, Responsible for organizing the center to confirm the results files of design control nodes and major negotiation changes;

4. Responsible for organizing the comprehensive grasp and management of the construction technology of the project,To examine the technical indicators in the bidding documents and participate in the evaluation of the technical targets;

5. Cooperate with the completion and acceptance of the project, forecast the area, and provide the data and drawings required for sales.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in planning and design or architecture in key university, more than 5 years project design experience in large design institute or more than 3 years design experience as director in famous large real estate company (having presided over the design of large residential or commercial projects), Under the age of 43, male or female;

2. good professional quality, familiar with real estate development and operation, familiar with regional design and construction procedures;

3. Rich experience in scheme and construction drawing design, Experience in public, residential and commercial projects, At the same time, I have strong ability in project creation and language expression;

5. Familiar with large and medium-sized design institutes (companies) in Beijing and good at coordinating the relationship with the design institutes;

6. Proactive, responsible, good at team work, good communication and coordination skills, Good at dealing with all kinds of contradictions, adhere to principles in the work, Daily English communication skill is preferred.
