Description

1. Organized the process management of project construction and assisted the VICE president to determine the project plan; 

2. Organize the organization and control methods of project site management;

3. Assist the supervision company in organizing the joint review of construction drawing and construction organization plan;

4. Cooperate with the supervision company to organize regular construction meetings and industry inspections;

5. Organize and supervise the whole program control of project progress, quality, cost and safety by the supervision company and project management personnel;

6. Supervise and review the registration of project changes and process quality acceptance;

7. Cooperate with the supervision company to organize and follow up the completion acceptance of the project;

8. Evaluated and assessed the working status of subordinates, and made strict evaluation of performance targets.

Claim

1. 32-36 years old, male or female;

2. Certificate of Civil Engineering, Project Management, Intermediate Accountant, bachelor degree;

3. Practical work experience in project management with 10 years of working experience;

4. Have rich practical work experience and achievements in the process methods of project management, schedule control, quality control, cost control, change control and safety control, 5 star hotel or large commercial real estate project construction management experience;

5. Familiar with the whole program control methods of project management, international and local policies and regulations, with engineering education background of bachelor degree or above, with rich practical work experience;

6. Have good foresight ability, ability to find and solve problems, control ability to deal with emergencies, resource strength of industry and government departments, highly meticulous responsibility of work, honesty and self-discipline, fair and reasonable style of doing things.
