Description

1. Be familiar with the technical specifications of planning, design management and construction technology management, adhere to the capital construction procedures, and provide scientific demonstration for the automobile building project in economic and technical aspects; 

2. Organize the implementation of the overall plan of project construction, assist the planning department to review the overall plan, prepare the outline and implementation rules;

3. Responsible for internal and external audit of all engineering technical documents, and participate in and audit the hidden acceptance of important sub-projects;

4. Responsible for organizing design scheme review, preliminary design review, construction drawing technical disclosure review, etc.;

5. Responsible for reviewing design schemes, bidding documents, contract terms and supervision outline;

6. Organize the audit of project outline, budget and final account, and the audit of project quantity list and material purchase list;

7. Responsible for reviewing the technical requirements in the bidding documents, participating in the project bidding management, and assisting the president to review relevant contracts;

8. Review design changes in construction, and put forward decision-making opinions on major engineering changes for reference of the president;

9. Organize, coordinate, supervise and manage the implementation of project quality, project progress, technical management and safe construction;

10. Organize and preside over the completion and acceptance of the project;

11. Responsible for tracking and implementing other temporary work arranged by the president.

Claim

1. 30-45 years old, male or female;

2. Major in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Management, bachelor degree;

3. First-class registered architect professional certificate or senior engineer title, more than 5 years of independent work,10 years of working experience;

4. Cooperate with the requirements of project development, design and planning, and meet the local market demand of the project (commercial area/design requirements),Project engineering material selection (material selection/reasonable price/selection effect),Local government planning requirements for project design (understanding of planning and design policies/cooperating with the project to complete the design schedule successfully);

5, program design, optimization design, review design drawings, supervision of construction, solve various problems in the construction, preferably with design, construction, supervision work experience.
