Description

1. Organized the development of various internal audit systems of the Group, paid close attention to the changes of national and industrial audit policies and regulations, and reviewed and updated regularly based on the business development of the Group; 

2. Formulate the annual audit work plan according to the group's annual business plan and organize its implementation;

3. Timely audit the group's finance, engineering, bidding, procurement and internal control as required;

4. Organize outgoing audit of senior staff and financial managers of the Group;

5. Organize reporting and supervision within the scope of the group and supervision of disciplinary violations by relevant responsible persons;

6. Organize the preparation of audit work report and report to vp after the completion of audit work, Report the problems found in the audit to vp in time, and propose solutions or improvement suggestions;

7. Responsible for system construction and plan management of the department;

8. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Claim

1. 30-45 years old, male or female; 

2.Bachelor degree, major in finance, auditing or management;

3. Internal auditor, enterprise audit management more than 5 years working experience,10 years working experience;

4. Familiar with the specific requirements and procedures of audit work, and have a basic understanding of the business operation of real estate, hotel and manufacturing enterprises;

5. Familiar with professional knowledge of finance and auditing, Familiar with national, regional, real estate/hotel/manufacturing related policies and regulations;

6. Strong sense of judgment and responsibility, strong sense of confidentiality, Able to handle complex work and quickly deal with emergencies, Team player with excellent planning, organization and communication skills.
