Description

1. Organize and implement the national accounting system, formulate financial and accounting policies of the Group, establish and improve various operation and management systems of the Group; 

2. Organized the establishment of financial management, accounting and supervision system of the Group, and led the Financial Department of the Group to carry out business accounting;

3. Responsible for maintaining good communication with relevant fiscal and tax authorities, paying close attention to the changes of relevant national fiscal and tax policies, striving for the support of relevant policies, and establishing good external relations;

4. Assisted the vice president of the Group to carry out financing and fund-raising work, organized the group's internal fund scheduling, rationally arranged the use of funds, established a benign fund management system, and gave full play to economic benefits;

5. Participate in the decision-making of major investment projects and financing projects of the Group and provide professional advice to control financial risks;

6. Assisted the vice president of the Group in formulating other business management policies and completed other major tasks temporarily assigned by the vice president of the Group;

7. Conducted the internal assessment of the Finance Department, established a good promotion mechanism for financial staff, and ensured the stability of the financial team;

8. Coordinated the relationship between departments, established good communication channels, and effectively played the role of financial supervision.

Claim

1. 30-45 years old, male or female;

2. Major in finance or related, with more than 5 years of independent financial work experience, bachelor degree; 

3. 10 years of working experience, intermediate accountant and other relevant certificates;

4. In-depth management experience in financial management, financing, etc, Deep understanding of real estate/construction operation mode and characteristics, Have some practical experience in the operation process of tax authorities, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, banks and other public affairs departments, and have good interpersonal relationship;

5. Proficient in national fiscal and tax laws and regulations, familiar with international and domestic accounting standards and banking business, with the ability to establish a financial management system, control financial budgets and expenses;
