Description

1. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of development and construction application related workflow, operation guidelines and promote the implementation;

2. Participated in the analysis of the economic situation and related policies of the region in charge and the collection of land information for project investigation;

3. According to the company's project plan, formulate the department's work objectives, develop and apply for construction work plans and organize the implementation, including land-related approval documents in the early stage, planning and application for construction, application for construction approval in the process of project construction, completion acceptance and filing for approval, etc;

4. According to the development and construction application progress, timely coordinate resources, propose solutions to major problems that may affect the development progress of the project, and timely feedback the development progress;

5. Supervised the filing and sorting of materials related to project planning and design, approval and construction application;

6. Guided and assessed the work of subordinates to improve the work efficiency and quality of the team, and ensured the achievement of the department's assessment targets;

7. Establish and maintain business partnerships with government land authorities, partners, new regional real estate industry institutions and other units;

8. Completed temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate management, engineering management, civil engineering or related;

2. More than 8 years of experience in real estate project development and construction management, including 3 years of management experience, Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, familiar with the professional knowledge of real estate development and construction application, familiar with design, engineering, marketing and other process operation, familiar with the relevant government regulations and acceptance norms;

3. Interpersonal and communication skills, team building and guidance skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills, presentation skills;

4. Excellent organizing ability, negotiation ability, strain ability, emergency handling ability, excellent public relations, incentive style of leadership, good interpersonal relations;

5. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese;

6. 29-35 years old, both sexes.
