Description
1. Participate in the formulation of the company's development strategy and make adjustments according to the changes of internal and external environment;
2. Participated in the pre-development feasibility analysis of projects in the region under my jurisdiction, and provided scientific basis for the company's decision makers for the development of new projects;
3. Organized the development of marketing strategies for the projects under my charge, participated in the development of the company's business strategies and annual marketing goals and task allocation;
4. Responsible for the marketing work of the project under my charge, and organized the development of marketing operation management system and working procedures;
5. Fully responsible for the marketing management of the project under my charge, coordinating the cooperation with development and project related departments to achieve marketing goals;
6. Responsible for controlling the marketing expenses of the city company;
7. Guided subordinates, supervised them to formulate and complete work objectives;
8. Build marketing management talent echelon, guide and train team members to improve team work efficiency and quality;
9. Establish and maintain business partnerships with government land departments, partners, new regional real estate industry institutions and other units;
10. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Claim
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing or related field from regular university;
2. More than 8 years of real estate marketing management experience, familiar with the real estate project operation process, with experience in large-scale project operation;
3. Familiar with real estate development, marketing, operation and other professional knowledge;
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and public speaking skills, excellent resource integration skills, keen market insight and judgment skills;
5.Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese;
6. 30-40 years old, no gender limitation.
